「Beautiful lodge. Staff were wonderful. Service in restaurant was great but food was average.」

「Perfect for a river trip」

「The cabin was everything the listing said! Very cute, clean & perfect for my family of 4.」

「Owner was nice and responsive.External steps to room which is nice to not have to walk through rest. Clean and newly renovated. Due to location was a little loud with road noise but they did provide ear plugs. Room and bathroom are small but work for 2. Only thing to note is that if you don’t/can’t do steps be sure to choose main level.」

「Very nice and clean. Comfy beds. Very good communication. Easy check in. Would stay there again」

「All we needed was a place to shower and a comfortable place to sleep after playing/floating the river all day. This place was perfect!」

「The studio stay was amazing! Jessica made the check in and out process easy and painless! The charm of the building combined with the beauty of the surrounding land was just indescribable it was wonderful to say the least」

「We had a wonderful stay in Eminence. The communication was really good and they let me modify my dates when I made an error making the reservation, which was very gracious. They were also very gracious when I clumsily broke a mug. We loved that the house was downtown within easy walking distance of restaurants, especially the Dairy Shake, which we visited WAY too much. We also loved that it was dog friendly, and there was even a kennel available even though we brought our own. The house was...

「After my stay, the host messaged me that I had violated their pet policy because my dog had slept on the bed. They never sent me a pet policy! I think it’s unfair to blame someone for something that was never communicated. The host also lied. She initially said that the pet policy was posted on the ad. It wasn’t. I asked her to screenshot the ad if the pet policy was on it, and then she changed stories. She then maintained that it was “common courtesy” to cover up places my dog would lay....

「We loved the setup, seclusion, and the attention to detail. The bathhouse is also so clean and well stocked. 」

「Very cozy cabin for peaceful weekend! Enjoyed watching the horse riders going by during the day. Saturday get together at the ranch bar with live music was fantastic. Also note this cabin has the BEST water pressure we've ever found!」

「Mr. Higgins was a great host! The property was beautiful and the cabin was clean. I would stay here again!」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative i had during my stay was the overwhelmingly strong scent of the carpet cleaner used in the hallway. It was so strong it would butn your nose. I did not smell it anywhere else like that. Only my floor. 」

「Great property, fit our needs perfectly. Not the easiest to find lol, just look for the "1070" on the trash can. Enjoyed the big front porch as well. If in the area again we would definitely stay again.」
