シャイ=オソドク地区 ホテル

「The receptionist was fantastic and very helpful but the room wasn’t up to the standard I saw online. It was advertised that there is an airport pick up but it end up not being true. The worst of it all was curb webs and dirty objects coming out of the air conditioning unit. I complained to the receptionist and she quickly cleaned it but within about 5 minutes, the bed was full of debris again. The receptionist once again cleaned but the debris was still coming out of the air conditioning units....

「I was not able to get in. There was no one to open the gate or answer the phone. I left several messages on the phone and got no call back. The place looks in operational and the whole thing a scam. I took several pictures to support that feeling. Please do due diligence as I look forward to getting my money back. I made a separate claim and complaint report to EXpedia Team. I look forward to their response. Disappointed customer, Noel」

「Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point.」

「Decent area. Service and staff helpful and friendly. Good value. Reasonable pricing especially in the restaurant where the evening food was good and the portions generous. Hotel itself is clean and well looked after. I paid in advance with Expedia and included a free breakfast. I thought breakfast might be something light but again full and generous. Will stay there when l have reason to be in the area again.」

「The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again」

「Who stayed at ck suites? It was not me this is fraud? Someone is using my credentials!」

「Selwilliam hotel has great staff who are readily available to provide their services to customers in the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet and safe location. I enjoyed my stay during my first experience and returned two weeks later to lodge in the hotel.」

「I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, I had some issues with the TV antenna on the TV in the room but other than that I have no major complaints with my stay here, I would definitely come back again.」
