「We stayed at The Address Jabal Omar Makkah for six nights while performing Umrah, having heard it was one of the best hotels in Makkah. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect a five-star standard or justify the price we paid. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult despite our booking details being available through Expedia.
