「The bed in the initial room was full of bed bugs. We noticed that something was crawling on our skin around 2 a.m. the bugs were all over the duvet and under the pillows. I was absolutely horrified. We were given another room which was in an outside part of the hotel. They did not show any remorse for the bites that came from the bed bugs. 「Jaguzzi and steam sauna area was nice healing blue light and music. I hope stay guest can go couple of times during stay. So sad got racism.」
