「Property was in a secluded area and was a nice spot to stay.」

「There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing.」

「Our first time staying there. The location was great for what we needed. HEB and Popeyes in walking distance. Justin was great in letting us know where to eat and how to catch the ferry. We will be booking there again shortly. Thank you.」

「Mold in the caulking of the tub. Shower head water pressure terrible, Room cleaning not available unless requested, but no one tells you this ahead of time. Air conditioner is loud. Weekend breakfast closes at 9, can you imagine? No ability to watch Netflix or prime with tv.」

「Excellent location; it provides the bare essentials. The only downside—though it has nothing to do with the hotel itself—is the swarm of mosquitoes present at night and in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.」

「They have a pretty nice coffee bar set up available all day and night. I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good. Didn't interact with staff other than check in but they were helpful. The bed was pretty decent and had 4 pillows!! The room was extremely humid maybe a dehumidifier would help. The floors in the room felt a little slippery. Overall it wasn't bad just needs a few updates.」

「The rooms need a little freshening up like painting there’s no telephone service in any of the rooms nor in the bathrooms, handicap accessible handles」

「The rooms were nasty, smelled of mildew the second you walked in and front desk won’t answer when third party called to have a refund issued」

「Room had rusty appliances and grany tub floor and needs to be remodeled. But other than that it was clean and staff was very nice.」
