「Pool was great」

「部屋内にはガムの食べかすがベッドの横に落ちていました。絨毯はゴミが多く残っておりいました。さらにトイレから漏水しており、足ふきマットがびしょ濡れのまま放置されていました。 単純に寝るだけなら問題無いとは思いますが、清掃はきちんとしてほしい…」

「My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I had issues with my booking but Deanna at the front desk was attentive to getting the issue resolved. She was so nice and had great customer service. It is rare to find people that have patience and that enjoy what they do in today’s time. She let me know about all of the Hotels accommodations and even through in extra toiletries after I expressed a concern about an accident my family had. Thank you!!!」

「Front desk clerk was super sweet and accommodating and allowed me to check in early due to it being slow because beginning of the week the manager was understanding and helpful. They have a light breakfast which wasn’t bad and easy to get around gas station next door amazing as well and the chicken is better than a lot of restaurants! I was able to check in quick and not bothered at all. The only thing is the room was not clean and worn down but it’s the least of my concerns at that moment....

The breakfast lady was very friendly and gave us lots of locations that we could try as travelers. Overall it was an excellent place. 」

「Nice hotel. Clean and good smell. (I usually check if AC filter is clean). there are kitchen and all equipment in the room. grill is outside nearby pool. Location is very good. Easy to access North beach or McGee Beach. They have free baby crib, but no baby chair. Breakfast is soso.. Also, do not forget to bring toothbrush, hair brush etc except for shampoo. but there are some store nearby hotel, it was not problem..」

「The "two queen" room was amazing, with the pull out sofa it slept 5 people very comfortably. In this day and age, I felt like the noon checkout time was really generous. The breakfast buffet was really good. I'm really glad my family chose this specific hotel, and not an AirBNB. I'm so sick of all their fees. Upfront pricing, and we didn't even have to sweep or take out the trash.」
