The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the pillows were wonderful we loved the breakfast was a nice variety. Will stay at this hotel again the next time we go to Corpus Christie I highly recommend this hotel.!!!!!!!!

I rated this hotel a 5 with a caveat. Everything was great except for the water in the bathroom. When we turned on the faucet, water came spewing out with a lot of air in the line. When I went to take a shower, the water coming out was brown. I mentioned this to the receptionist at check out and she said they were in the process of replacing their hot water heater. Cindy, at the front desk, was AWESOME. Very nice and friendly to us and our kids.(Our kids were sad because she wasn't there the next morning). The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing. There were a lot of extra little things that just made this hotel stand out. We always stay in big name, expensive hotels, and we don't get the wonderful customer service that we got at this hotel. We will DEFINITELY be staying at the Hampton again!!!

We stopped on our way to State Games is McAllen and I was given advise at Sonic that it was an excellent place to stay. The service was wonderful and it was a restful night with a wonderful breakfast first thing in the morning before starting our travel again.

We were only there for one night but the staff was quite friendly and the stay pleasant. The only negative was the ceiling fan. It only had one speed, which was
high! Would have been nice if we could have toned it down a bit. As it was we had
to adjust the AC to make up for it. Just one of those days when the climate called for a fan rather than a lot of AC, so it would have worked better, but overall we
managed fine.
