"Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...

"We had a great stay. House with a lot of room, great outside space, fully utilized kitchen. Beds are good, nice bedrooms. The area Gottesgnaden is a quiet neigbourhood (park and church were hidden gems), 10-15 mn drive to Calbe and shops."

Wir konnten Tischtennis spielen, im Pool baden und grillen.Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt.Wir haben die wenigen Tage sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder."
