「Please be careful. The receptionist is very impolite and this person will collapse your enjoyment stay. I just told him the equipment problem but he suddenly got angry and showed unprofessional attitude. I am a frequent traveler but I have never met such a person. No reception is really better than poor service person.」

「We can't say enough about our stay at Le Beau Marais. Nicholas and Augustine were wonderful... in every way accommodating. From working to meet us upon arrival, to inviting to reach out during the week to address any concerns, from correcting a minor issue to keeping our bags after check-out, we were greatly attended. The room was beautiful, the location perfect. Our stay at Le Beau Marais provided an incredible backdrop for our 25th wedding Anniversary week. Thank you!!」
