「Michelle always responds quickly and her messages are always very cordial. The house is cute and comfortable and I really appreciate the new deck and fence.」

「The home was very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and extras that we could have needed. No limitation on cook tools, utensils, bedding. The bed was a nice firm bed. The back yard was very pretty, the Peonies were in bloom. Thanks to the fence it was a great place for our dogs to run around in. As in all lush environments around water, there were a few sprigs of poison ivy on the fence line and the wood pile, but they were easily covered with a piece of firewood.」

「Cozy place, grand view from the top of the mountain, and the owner (lives next door) is very pleasant speaking with!」

「The cabin was cozy, peaceful, and a nice place to get away from the usual hustle and bustle. The surroundings were beautiful, and it was great to have a quiet space to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin itself was comfortable and had a charming atmosphere. One downside was that there was no TV, which may not matter to everyone, but it would have been nice to have an option for entertainment in the evenings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice for anyone looking for a quiet getaway,...

「This is a great little cabin. It’s got a great view and is far enough out to be quiet and isolated from civilization. We’ve already rebooked for another trip.」

「This is a great place to stay if you are spending any time around Mendota. Vickie, the host, is a very accommodating and thoughtfully detailed person who thinks about all kinds of situations that a guest could want or need. The home is spacious and very clean. This is definitely a 5 star host. We will be back.」

「Everything was great! A beautiful home, and the host was easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again.」

「We have visited here three times and hope to be back for another stay. It is welcoming and relaxing. Sitting on the porch listening to the cows moo. At night counting the fireflies and stars. My son called this his heaven on earth. The owners are amazing, quick to respond and accommodating. Thank you for everything!」

「We had an issue getting the door code due to internet connectivity when we arrived, but luckily, they had the foresight to have the phone number on a sign out front of the property. One call and we were set. The only other issue was the small shower, which wasn't ideal for washing the kids up, but we made do. Megan was very responsive to our questions, and that was much appreciated. The river was great, lots of turtles and crayfish or crawfish, and there were some big fish swimming in the river...
