「The hotel was pleasant even while the new renovation is in process. Ralph was hospitable and greeted our party with kindness and patience. Our room was one of the recent remodels and it was clean and smelled like new. The room accommodations were in alignment with Holiday Inn's standards. There were plenty of fresh clean towels and the bedding was clean and very comfortable. I am always satisfied when I stay at a Holiday Inn and the breakfast is a nice bonus. Thank you!」

「When I asked to check in, the staff member handed me an application form and tapped it with a pen.
It felt like a police interrogation.
The sheets were wrinkled and stained. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest.
There were yellow and black spots scattered all over the sheets.
The lighting was very dim. The bathtub was still wet.
The armrest of the chair was broken. The clock was unplugged.
But the price was definitely low.
The low price justifies the poor...
