「We had a great stay. There was 12 of us for 2 nights and did a float trip at KC’s on the current which was about 20-25 minutes away. Love that there were 7 bedrooms. Beautiful peaceful place. We used the fire pit and pickleball court. We also loved the ping pong in the house and did tournaments. Such fun! getting there We had an issue with the GPS when we got close. Need to just look for the while pillars and sign at the entrance on K.」

「My wife and I enjoyed the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a long time. The big open space from the front door to the back door, running through the kitchen and living room, was wonderful. Overall comfort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities. The three-bedroom layout would be perfect for a family or for business purposes. JJ/MJJ」

「We loved everything about the shanty! It was definitely a great place to hangout with the family and the best part was we were able to float right to where we stayed! The kids had a blast on the rope swing, swimming, and we caught lots of fish!! The location was perfect! As other commenters have stated the grill is a little iffy, and the cabin definitely could use some blackout curtains or blinds to help combat the really hot days as the Ac's definitely couldn't keep up! We used lots of fans and...

14. Quiet 2 story Cabin on 32 acres near eleven point river

Alton

「Fairly clean and nice amenities, but there were just two of us and a dog. If there were six or seven people, they have enough beds, but not enough spaces to eat or hang towels, wet towels from shower. Main reason for renting it was the advertisement that it was quiet and remote from any fireworks. There were fireworks every night nearby and our dog suffered. The oven hood filter neede changing as did the one for the refrigerator. The refrigerator froze food.」
