「Beautiful hotel, but falls short of 5-star luxury. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Nautilux, but it didn’t wow us. Beautiful architecture and rooms, but the experience felt more 3–4 star than 5-star luxury. The seafront location is lovely, although Old Town is a 30–45-minute walk away. Electric scooters were handy for evenings out. Breakfast was our biggest disappointment. Hot food was consistently cold, poached eggs had raw whites, there were no yoghurts, few dairy-free options and the same...

「A wonderful stay, was suggested to go to the castle to watch the sunset, just beautiful. Room looked out at the light house and an awesome sunrise.」

「BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...

「The staff is excellent and we really liked the large, shaded balcony of our pool view room. It was disappointing that our “included” parking was not available (full they said), so we had to find street parking. We had 2 meals at the hotel. One was excellent and the other we did not like.」

「We stayed with 8 and 7 years old kids. Good access to the sandy beach. Our kids enjoyed a lot and they also caught some crabs. Pool facility is excellent. There are many pools and water sliders should be fun for all the ages. Main restaurant serve the different varieties of foods everyday. Quality is good enough. We recommend for all the families. 」
