All good

it is a modern, comfortable, and very clean hotel. The staff very helpful and kind. they provide for every need we have.

The best place to stay in bosnia, very clean and uniqe, they thought about the small details. The view from the room is breathtaking. Outstanding service. Worth every penny and more ..one of the beautiful places in the world

Very good

Great breakfast. Nice and decent size rooms

We arrived late. Check in was very quick. Our room was very spacious, quiet, and I was able to sleep throughout both nights of our stay there. Breakfast had so much of food available. I would just love if coffee was freshly brewed filter coffee instead of Nescafé. The garage is huge, really huge. Excellent

Las instalaciones así como el cuarto estaba en optimas condiciones. que no me gusto fue que estaba en una loma y para poder llegar al pueblo antigua había que bajar la loma y subirla luego para llegar el hotel

It was a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly, walkable distance to everything.

😃

The spa was phenomenal with deep pool, sauna, steam room, and hit tube. I have never seen such an excellent spa. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Even had a breakfast to go.

Every thing was excellent. Dennis at the front desk was very friendly and helpful which gave a first best impression. Also Bakir’s sense of humor.

Hotel was very clean, staff polite and helpful. Location is perfect for ski lovers. Food was also first class. Loved our stay and we will definitely be back.

Central eazy

Amazing hotel and, especially, staff. Everyone in the staff, including the front desk representatives, breakfast staff, and cleaning team, was excellent. The property is at a great location; it is a five minute walk to the old town. We liked the hotel and staff so much that we changed our plans to extend our stay there!

Perfect overnight prior to our flight home. Comfy beds. Amazing AC. Slept like a champ. Overall, the hotel needs some updates but amenities (esp the pool and kinderland) were great to have access too and the staff was great!
