「Check in was easy & room was ready early which was great. Room was adequately furnished and spacious. Unfortunately on our last morning we lost power and had to ring the emergency number provided on check in. I was made feel that the issue was my fault, because I had 2 appliances (toaster & kettle) and heater on at the same time???
