「Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The door was hard to open and close. Needs some work aesthetically, but for the price, was okay. Internet access was sporadic and the TV didn't work at first. Just needed to be reset. Overall, not a terrible experience.」

「Great service」

「I am sick and tired of surveys If something was wrong, I would have told the front desk.. I am declaring, "No more surveys for me. Thank you」

「Clean and comfortable」

「清潔できれいなホテルです。朝食のペストリーもおいしかったです。」

「Above average room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom that could use some updating. Quality bed linens and towels. Lovely staff. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including healthy options, but the coffee was way below average.」

「Staff was very kind , welcomed us and respond quickly when we made request. The room was good but we were not able to use enough hot water …… it was cold after taking a shower. Without that , we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.」

「Dirty bed terrible spot. Staff very helpful」

「Thought it was a bit high for Pueblo, but trust me. The cleanliness, breakfast and amenities. Definitely worth it. Beds are so comfortable, great experience every time I’ve stayed here」

「浴室の換気扇が回らなかった。 宿泊費は安めなので少し休む分には問題ないと思います。」

「It was good and quiet」

「Breakfast was fair, only cereal, waffles & toast/bagels, coffee, milk, & juice. No jelly or peanut butter. Not many convenient outlets in the room, & one outlet behind the nightstand had a lamp direct-wired into it, that's a safety issue. Room was clean & comfortable.」

「I stayed with just me and 4 kids. I never once felt unsafe. Front desk lady was always extremely helpful and friendly. Best staff experience i have ever received ever has been from the lady that works in the kitchen. She is so welcoming to me and my kids. Its a little out of budget being a single mom of 5 but the reassurance of feeling safe is always more important.」
