"If a hotel advertises a pool and hot tub they should have them in working order. Understanding that issues occur at the very least let your guests know they are out of order before they check in and attempt to use them. I will say that the sweet lady that runs the breakfast in the morning is a gem. Do everything you can to keep her. "
