Every employee I encountered was very polite and attentive, they are there to answer every question you could have or need. The food is also great and plenty, overall I recommend this place for your short or long stay. They will be there to make sure you enjoy your stay. "

"No on-site dining however several nice restaurants right outside down the street and across the street. Did have a nice breakfast setup. Area very close to the sites in downtown Puebla. Can walk to downtown in about 15 min."

"This is a wonderful and magic quiet place. Pools are clean and the warm pool is relaxing. Exelent staff, and near zocalo. Like 15 minutes drive. Only little thing is some areas are still under construction. "
