If I could put 0 stars I would the whole experience from beginning to end was a disaster coming from high rated hotel the rooms were outdated the bathrooms were dirty the restaurant staff was horrible they don’t have a bartender by the bar it took 35 mins to get two drink by the pool area the restaurant gave me a raw burger when I asked for medium well instead of redoing they grab the same burger patty I took a bite from and re cooked it more I check out one day early and they were like we can’t refund you a day or offer any rewards it was just horrible. The bathroom from upstairs pipe busted and rip thru the wall and started leaking and we called from desk the janitor came and looked at it and said oh we knew about this just don’t use the tub not even offering a change of room or anything. I would never ever come here again there’s better options for the price out there

I booked in this Camino Real hotel due to its reputation for being one of the nicest chains in the country, but this one was a disappointment, its not at the level of the ones in Mexico City, the Hotel has a nice architecture and atmosphere, but the suites need a renovation URGENTLY, the carpet has a lot of stains, the bathroom shows a lot of wearing from the years of use, chairs and seats look super old and the mattress feels old. Despite it is clean, it doesn’t look very nice. The bathroom had several marble tiles are about to detach from the wall, wc has some hard water stains, the shower has limescale, the bath tub, the shower glasses cabin and the faucets controls have that mineral buildup as well. The porte-cochère has some tiles detached from the floor and it is very difficult to see the correct entrance. I hope this hotel gets the help it needs, as is a very iconic hotel brands in Mexico.

Nos tocó una habitación muy vieja y sucia con moho en las paredes de la regadera. La cerradura no funcionaba. El baño tenía un fuerte olor a cañería y cuando se jalaba el excusado hacia un ruido espantoso. Anteriormente me había hospedado ahí y me tocaron cuartos muy decentes. No se porque tienen tanta diferencia de calidad dependiendo de la zona de habitaciones. Definitivamente me toco un cuarto qué no merece llevar el nombre de Camino Real.

Loby y alberca en reparación sin aviso. El area donde nos asignaron la habitación no tenía agua caliente, me congelé en la regadera, no tenía elevador, ni bell boy para las maletas. Mobiliario viejo y manchado, cuarto extremadamente ruidoso de los coches de la calle, sin cortina translucida para que entre luz sin que te vean de afuera. La mujer de mantenimiento fue 4 veces al cuarto a revisar lo del agua y no se pudo resolver, me parece aparentan estar trabajando aunque saben que no se resolverá, reportaron en front desk que se había resuelto y no, y aun así rentan esos cuartos, en serio una estafa. La de front desk muy quitada de la pena nos dijo que la caldera de ese sector no funcionaba cuando estábamos haciendo el check out, no antes.

Las habitaciones tienen alfombra y aparte de que estaba super sucia, estuve 5 noches y nunca la limpiaron. Desde el primer día la habitación huele a patas. El personal es atento pero los servicios no son buenos. La habitación tiene tina, está separada de la regadera que tiene puerta de cristal y no cierra bien entonces se hace un reguero de agua fuera de la regadera. Solo dejan 2 botellitas de agua, no ponen café ni cafetera. Hay restaurante abajo pero es muy caro, por ejemplo el buffet como $450.00. El estacionamiento lo cobran en $75 por noche

Me pareció algo viejo el hotel . No estaba en funcionamiento la alberca y no hubo notificación . Pedimos room service y nunca llegó. No tienen suplementos en recepción. Toallas viejas. Solicitamos nuestro coche con anticipación como lo piden y nunca fueron por el.
