「Beautiful location, great property but not easy to get to. Staff and services could sometimes be puzzling from excellent to almost non existent especially at breakfasts service. But, overall highly recommend. 」

「Il posto è davvero bello ma il personale sembra essere stato scelto a caso.I bagnini arrivano con comodo,tarda mattinata e non hanno compreso il loro ruolo.Incompetenza e maleducazione regna sovrana soprattutto al ristorante,se ti lamenti loro rispondono ancora peggio, a toni minaccia,uno in particolare.Il villaggio sembra un cantiere si può trovare di tutto...Prese volanti a bordo piscina,mattoni coperti da teloni,tombini nascosti da tavoli pick-nik.La sicurezza credo non sia un argomento...

「Nous avons passé une semaine début juillet 2023 en couple au villagio baia d ercole magnifique hôtel avec un jardin tropical magnifique Hôtel avec son restaurant avec vue sur la plage Le restaurant est vraiment excellent un buffet extraordinaire !! Bravo au chef Belle plage de sable avec une cristalline ! Quelques petits rochers au bord de l eau mais accessible pour rentrer dans l eau 2 belles piscines très propres Animation avec une belle équipe !! Belle chambre dans une petite maison !!...

「Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. 」

「Room was very spacious. 2 full queen beds. Patio on one side of the room and smaller patio on the other side. Room was very clean. Staff were all very pleastant and helpful. Only small negatives was low pressure in shower but this is Italy so i wouldn't deduct anything for that. Hotel is a maybe a 7 min walk to the center. 」
