「This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. 」

We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk...

「Our group vacation was to reconnect five lifelong girlfriends. We brought our friends and families together too and the trip was magical. The villa is even more gorgeous in person. The landscaping, replete with natural beauty, is comfortable and inviting- flowers, herb and vegetable gardens, grape vines, and ponds with fish and frogs. Don't forget to bring a swimsuit because the pool saved us all on HOT July days and nights. The village is very small and intimate, atop narrow, winding, country...

「Wir - 6 Menschen und 4 Hunde - haben in diesem schönen Haus inmitten der Natur wunderbare Tage verbracht. Einerseits findet man völlige Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe, andererseits gibt es in der näheren Umgebung auch sehr viel zu entdecken. Luca ist die gute und (fast) unsichtbare Seele des Anwesens, den man nur als Frühaufsteher überhaupt mal zu Gesicht bekommt. Und neben allen möglichen Tätigkeiten am und um das Haus, wie Müllentsorgung und tägliche Reinigung des eigenen 20-Meter(!)-Pools etc....

「I was travelling with my three kids (10/10/7) and we were there for about two weeks in March 24. The building is part of an old castle-ruin which makes it very special and unique. The apartment was well equipped and has very thick stone walls which is probably great in summer. When we arrived, everything was quite moist but after heating everything up it was ok. There are a few neighbours but it is very quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is stunning. Things that didnt bother us but...

Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verliefen reibungslos. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir, als wir bemerkten, dass der Pool nicht im Boden ist, sondern ein Standpool ist. 「Had a fantastic week stay at La Pineta. The size of the house was perfect for 8 of us and felt like we could really make it our home. All the bedrooms were reasonably sized, all amenities provided, and kitchen decent to be able to cook meals in. The pool was put to great use as well.
