「Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. 「Merci pour tout c’etait merveilleux!」

「Staff were excellent and location great for exploring the area.」

「Last minute booking. Arrived just in time for an delicious dinner. Owner chef very friendly and helpful. Quiet area so got a good sleep. Worth the 30 minute drive from Savigliano. Will stay again. Thank you very much.」
