「We chose this property for its great location - just a 3 minute walk from the old city centre of Alba. The 1-BR apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. Spacious for 2 persons. We liked that we could book a space for our car, which allowed us to easily explore nearby towns. And we were glad to be there to experience their wonderful Saturday market. 「We absolutely felt comfortable in this lovingly restored home near the center of La Morra. Pino and his wife were amazing hosts, met us when we arrived and he was even able to save us a parking space near the house to make it easier to unload our bags. Everything was absolutely clean and comfortable along with small comforts such as snacks for morning, coffee, and little touches like a chocolate on the pillow and dog bowls for our small dog. 「We throughly enjoyed this house. Giulio was the ultimate host. He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone...

「Great one-bedroom apartment with breath-taking views over the vineyards. The house is literally at the top of the mountain but only a 5-6 min walk to coffee shops. Very comfortable with 2 ACs and large walk-in shower. About a 15-20 min drive to Alba. Great owner with excellent communication. We would definitely go back again.」
