「We had a quick one night stay but was so much better than a hotel. We stayed with our dog and we all were appreciative of the fenced in yard. We had a great nights sleep I believe because of the wonderful peace and quiet. Do not hesitate to stay here.」

「Had a great time. Really excellent vacation experience.」

「This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Both times we were treated very well. Jeff is very responsive to any questions. We will return again in the future.」

「Steve was great to deal with. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean and he thought of everything anyone would need. We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 1 to 11. There were board games and puzzles and the arcade downstairs was definitely a hit. We cooked all our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed The large table seated all of us nicely. Thanks for sharing your home with us」

「Great place. Very clean and spacious for mid to large sized groups. Can be challenging to find, even with Google Maps, so would recommend identifying the location ahead of time since cell coverage is spotty in the area.」

「The wife and I loved this cozy little cabin!」

「The room was decorated in Vintage, comfortable and cozy bed and linens. Very clean; great location to Sunset Marina on Dale Hollow Lake.Rachel is an amazing host…she even communicated on her wedding weekend 」

「The house was very small for 12 people, beds were terribly uncomfortable. The toilets all had issues, running 24/7 and getting clogged. There was a live mouse upstairs that our family had to catch, with droppings all over towels and washcloths provided, also on pots and pans. Room on bottom floor had visible black mold on the wall from the pipe running from upstairs toilet that constantly ran. The hot tub and location were the best parts. Staff was very nice and helpful.
