The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property, but for its age it seems to be well maintained.
First off the view from your room is breathtaking!!! Second the staff is amazing it’s a family-run place.. So clean and well kept up. Only downside is falls is if u take room with stove top u most provide own pans! And this sucks because it’s hard to find. The location of this place is perfect u are right in the middle of restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores. The most amazing part is this place takes dogs!!! My family and I are traveling with our son and dogs and they expected dogs without a problem. If you looking for somewhere low in price but clean safe and pet friendly, please stay here you won’t regret it!
The room was nice and large and clean. It had microwave, full sized refrigerator and kitchen sink. It was very quiet. No outside noise or noise from other rooms.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my particular trip which needed an early check in and check out - they went out of their way to make sure I had a room cleaned and ready very quickly and gave me instructions on how to check out at a very unusual time. All I can say is that a lot of Hotel staffs could learn a lot from this staff how to make customers feel welcome!!
Plenty of storage- plenty of Hot Water - AC worked well as did the appliances!!!
The hotel is in a great part of Cookeville! It’s right off I-40 and super close to tons of shops and restaurants! The bed was not our favorite, but it was clean. The staff was pleasant and kind and accommodating. If I need to stay in Cookeville again with our dogs, I’d consider staying here.
This hotel was very clean with food places in walking distances. Also plenty of parking for parking a 40 foot trailer. Will stay there anytime we are in Cookeville for business.
Staff was excellent. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Would definitely stay again. Easy access off of interstate 40. Plenty of eating options in the area. Can’t beat it for the price.
The motel is old, kindof run down, but the location is good and quiet. The bed was comfy and our rooms were clean. Staff was attentive. I would stay again but ask for a non smoking room.

The staff was 5 star and very helpful when canceling the reservation with Expedia due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, the room I booked still had dirty sheets and my family and I did not feel safe staying there.
Great people, it was very clean for the price. A steal of a deal. We stopped on the way to the Smoky Mountains, and liked it so much we stopped again on the way home. Had a nice kitchen area too if you needed to stay for a long time.
The property manager was nice and helpful. It is very simple, but spacious. The price is very inexpensive. The experience is like staying in a cabin at summer camp. Most importantly, no bugs and I felt safe staying there. Convenient to the main road and college campus. Lots of dining options.
The toilet was broken. We had to take the lid off of the tank every time we needed to flush. There was hair all in the bedding. Felt dated and dirty. The bed was comfortable.
