「部屋は、まずまずだったが、 フロントの人の対応がかなり悪く残念だった。 １人だけいい人がいたが、その人以外が対応する時は、 かなりいやだった。。。 wifiのつながりが悪かった。」

「This hotel was in a great area to walk around the shops and along Lake Geneva. The gentleman at the front desk in the mornings was personable, helpful and genuinely cared about my stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean as was my room. I was comfortable and slept well. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Evian and the surrounding areas. It’s close to a lot of great sites. 」

「Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt.」
