"Excellent spa! Steam room and sauna with fun forest shower"

"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. "Beautiful rooms, great beds. Pools were lovely with nice seating areas. Loved the interior design of the entire hotel, beautiful views, all very clean. The upstairs restaurant had good food. As for the negatives: no minibar/fridge in the room to keep some drinks; no airconditioning/fan and the room got quite hot; breakfast costs €24,- pp and I had to make my own scrambled eggs which I had never seen before, very overpriced; we had to share the balcony from our room with other guests; though...
