「1. Room was absolutely sparkling clean - towels, bed linen, floors, table chairs - all very clean 2. Dinner was very good, breakfast was ok. 3. Service was excellent - gentleman at reception was very efficient and kind. As a solo woman traveller, i felt safe and comfortable」

「we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available.」

「the room and the wash room was clean and devoid of any musty smell. the rooms were well furnished. Just one draw back though... the buffet breakfast starts at 07:30 and the food items weren't all placed on the table. This is one area that needs improvement.」
