「Nous étions seules dans l'hôtel en saison basse. Les hotes etaient tres disponibles et prevenants. La piscine est un vrai plus. Le petit dej est tres complet et bon.Les chambres sont bien equipées. Parfait pour se reposer apres une nuit en avion. 」

「AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! 」

「My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

「I spent in Aiden's court my first nights in Sri Lanka before moving forward.
This is a big 3-rooms house with a full kitchen. Microwave, gas stove and fridge are included as well tableware. There is everything you need for your stay.
Is possible to have a deal for airport transfer service with good car and very good price. You only need to ask.
Host is very helpful and very nice. He can help you with whatever you need.
Air conditioning in bedrooms work very well. Beds are comfortable. Linens...

「Worst stay ever - DON'T GO THERE!
The place is a mess. So dirty everywhere. On top of a cabin we found a thick layer of dust and a condom package, cables were hanging out of the walls, probably blood on a pillow (so disgusting) and the pool water was so dull that we wouldn't let our kids swim in it. And on top of all that we have probably take bed bugs back home from this horrendous place.
On top of that the owner all of a sudden wanted us to pay for our stay in cash even though we had payed...

「We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. "Firstly, when we conducted check-in, they tried to get cash from us, even though we have already paid the all of accommodation fee, through Hotel.com. It seemed that they intentionally tried to receive the money as their personal tip, and when they recognized they failed (I explained that *I have already paid through Hotel.com*), they just said *Sorry*. I think they had some success experiences that they could duplicated accommodation fee, by this trial. I was unpleasant from the beginning. Secondly, A restaurant manager strongly recommend us to choose the buffet, even though we denied many times, due to our queries. He just prioritized his profit and he never respect us. Finally he gave up to change our mind, but he never show professional attitude and just showed childish attitude (after that he just ignored us totally). We were strongly uncomfortable in the restaurant. From those reason, I don’t recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone at all. "

"スタッフさん達はとてもフレンドリーでさすがに五つ星ホテルなのでスリランカ四ヶ所のホテルで1番良かったです。ただ、ホテルの経営している道路を挟んでのバーベキューレストランの音響が22時過ぎまでうるさくて早く就寝したい人には厳しい条件かもしれません。バスタブが大きく湯量の供給も十分で有り難い滞在になりました。有り難うございます。"

スタッフも親切で、お勧めのホテルです！
部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。
シャワーの出もよく問題ありません。
ドライヤーもあります。
冷蔵庫もあり、中にはビールとコーラなどが入っていました（有料）。
一つだけ気になる点をあげるとすると、音が気になるかもしれません。
ホテル1階にレストランがあり、レストラン横の階段から上に行きます。
今回私は2階だったのですが、レストランの話し声や食器音などが響きました。
音に敏感な方は、2階の部屋は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。"
