「I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location. The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. 「I would not recommend this property to anyone due to my bad experience, Room was not clean and the washroom was in very poor condition. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.」

「Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . 「 its a good Hotel located in a very good place and walking distance from most happening area. The security is fine at least you will not find someone knocking your dood at 0400 hrs. The main issue was wifi facilities were not available due to GHQ next door and Hotel Managment were helpless. overhaul its a good place where you can have qulity food. 」
