"We liked the hotel a lot, beautiful decorations spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean helpful staff. Nice bathroom. A very convenient location just a block away from the train station. A 7eleven almost across from the hotel. Good air conditioning made out stayed wonderful."

"Great place, good location. Everything is automated for checkin and out, very fast to get you room, storage for luggage with QR code, flawless. Only negative thing would be the wait for elevator at peek time, but easy to understand with more than 40 floors."

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. "My family and I stayed at Onyado in kyoto for one night. We had stayed in the osaka location prior and had a pleasant stay overall. This location was a much bigger and busier hotel and a little less clean (the tatami mats in the room were a bit more aged and little more dirty in some spots). otherwise the hallways and common spaces were clean. we appreciated being able to check into our room an hour early as it was ready and also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and onsen. the onsen was spacious and had several different bath options. The location was also central to kyoto station and the kyoto tower. Easy to catch a cab from to/from this location as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking to have a onsen and comfortable and central stay (to the station) while visiting kyoto."
