「I and my child are allergic to scented products. This place is full of them. Every kind of fabreze. Gain laundry detergent, scented bleach, scented fabric softener. Ok if you like that sort of thing but we could not breathe. The host did try everything to resolve the issue including having the housekeeper come over on Easter Sunday to remove the cleaning products that were in a locked closet along with wet laundry. "空港への送迎依頼の電話を入れたにもかかわらず、散々待たされた上に、途中で電話ん切られる始末。 また、部屋の空調（暖房）が全く効かないので、翌朝2泊目は部屋を変えて欲しいと依頼するも、エンジニアが直しておきます（これは仕方ない）と。 ただ、結果的にはちゃんと直っていなかった為、2日ともコートを羽織って寝るハメになった。"
