This place has it all and the host takes good care of the guests with prompt communication. All amenities including beds are in a great condition and the place is also close by to MSU. 「For the condition of the property, it was clean and comfortable. However, it was much more run down than I expected it to be. I felt very safe, and the owner was awesome in communicating and providing everything we needed. It is just a much more dated, older house than I expected.」

「We loved the house! They’ve done a marvelous job remodeling the inside. We had a great stay and will come again!We had some storms while we were there with heavy rain and several windows and the patio doors leaked significantly. But we let the property managers know and hopefully something can be done to prevent that again!」

「My friends and I came into town for a Mississippi State football game and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great shared spaces to hang out, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and walking distance to both the main bar street and the stadium. The neighborhood is definitely in the process of revitalization but we had no issues walking through it at all times of day and the neighbors were very friendly, even to opposing fans. Would definitely recommend this...
