This newly built condominium is not only spacious and modern, but also conveniently located 1.2 miles from MSU’s campus, 1.9 miles from the Cotton District, 2.2 miles from Cornerstone Park, and 1.7 miles from Downtown making it the perfect rental for any occasion that brings you to town. This 3 bedroom/3.5 bedroom unit provides ample space to accommodate 8+ guest comfortably with king size beds in each room along with a queen sleeper sofa in the loft area. Each bedroom is designed as a primary bedroom with an attaching bathroom. Planning an extended stay? This unit is fully equipped with essential cookware and kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, outdoor patio, and private parking located just steps from your front door. Loved this property! It was so nice! We were in Starkville for my son’s graduation. Our entire family stayed here and we all loved it. Crossing my fingers my daughter attends State in a few years so we can come back to this home again. Thanks so much!

Nice and clean new condo
My family, friends and I were in town for a youth soccer tournament. The condo is new and it was very clean. Nice finishes and appliances. There is construction of additional condos currently going on but it wasn’t a problem for us. No tv in the bedrooms but not a real issue for us. Our only complaint was the amount of towels. There were only 2 towels per bathroom for a two night stay. We had to share towels so someone would get stuck drying off with a wet towel. Also, the washing machine was loud and didn’t work very well. Overall the condo was very clean and in a good location.

New, perfect condo in Starkville
You will NOT find a better place to stay in Starkville. A group of 4 of us (all adults) stayed at the condo. Every aspect was excellent: the condo is brand new, finished nicely, furnished well (from kitchen to TVs to bedrooms), it is very well situated close to MSU, and comfortable. The pictures are accurate as are the descriptions. The host was welcoming, responded very quickly and was a great source for local information. We travel a lot and when we do we use VRBO places all the time and this is 5 stars, across the board.

Campus visit
A group of 4 moms with our 4 high school juniors came to Starkville for a campus visit to State. This condo was beautiful and very convenient for our purposes. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Beautiful property!
In town for baseball at MSU. So happy we canceled hotel rooms and stayed at this property. It was a beautiful townhome. We drove to the games for convenience. We walked to campus both mornings for exercise. Beds, showers, and kitchen were all great. Would definitely stay here again!
