「The room definitely could have been cleaned better. I had a room with no windows. Had to annoyingly leave the keys every morning for a clean. The ringing noise could be every morning, it was a crazy buzzing noise. It drive me insane. The short female lady on reception took extra money on check out, and was rude through me whole stay, staff done acknowledge you, room service took forever, housekeeping took 40mins to drop my a towel on 3 occasions. Best part is it quite local to beach and temple. 」

「スタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。 事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。 部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。 寺院が立ち並ぶ旧市街までは歩いて10～20分程度で、州立博物館もすぐなので、ロケーション的には悪くない。 なので、サービスに期待しない上であれば、良いのかもしれない。」

「The stuff is performing for only thier profit because they refused my request by only their side rule. They didn't listen to me completely. Always," you have to pay" and " We can't do" for our small request which the other hotels don't demand paying. We never come here. if you plan to stay, you should not add in your list. it was very feeling bad」
