「I was not informed the property was under renovation. The accessible room i had reserved was not available as the entire first floor was closed. I was offered a single bed on the second floor or a king on the third floor. The elevator was broken, as well. I took the king but had to climb the stairs every time. The ice machine on the third floor was broken, so more stair climbing back to the first level.」

「When arriving, the hotel was getting a new roof. We were told due to flooding that the pool was closed but there was the alternative to use the gym across the road. We were told we were getting a newly remodeled room, but it had just been painted and smelled of cigarettes including the towels. You could hear the air dryers in other rooms drying them out. 「Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. 」
