「I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room」

「I stayed for four nights. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is not too far from the main station in an interesting area.」

「Schone kamers, alles aanwezig op de kamers, behalve een airco. Gelukkig hadden we een waaier mee. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel zeer vriendelijk.」

「It’s walkable distance from the bus stop and even to the central station. Right near the quiet peaceful neighborhood, Oog in Al and Lombok and my boys (10 and 7) and I especially loved this area because it was safe and had lots of beautiful parks with kids playing. And everything was so clean and the windows were huge and could observe 180° view of Utrecht.」

「海外出張で利用しました ・アクセス 駅から少し歩きますが、道は単純なので迷いませんでした ・スタッフ 日本基準で考えれば「無愛想」の部類に入りますが、海外ならこんなもんなのかな？と思いました ・お部屋 掃除はちゃんとされていましたが、アメニティの類はボディーソープ兼シャンプーが備え付けられてるだけで、歯ブラシ・ティッシュ等はありませんでした ・食事 1階にレストランとバーもあり、少し歩けばスーパーもあるので不自由は無かったです」

「コストパフォーマンス高いです。言うこと無し。観光地から遠いので、電車、バスの方には向いてないかもですが、高速の近くなので、ドライブ旅行には最適。 次回は水着持って行って、プールを満喫したいです。」
