「Upon arrival, was helped by a lovely young lady who spoke English well. She told us we could have a late check out at no extra charge. The next day she wasn’t working and after the check out time when we were checking out, they told me I needed to pay for the extra time. They ended up not charging me after I challenged it. Rooms were nice enough. Two sheets on the bed, no blanket. Towels were a bit threadbare. Food and drinks were very good at the restaurant. Location was beautiful. 」

The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to anything we needed. There were a lot of dogs that live on the property and they were all friendly, happy, and well cared for. 「Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps...
