「I really enjoyed my stay here. Host and hostess were very responsive to questions. There are some steep steps to the bed room, but there are gaurd rails and non-slip traction on the stairs to help.」

「The pictures do not do this place justice at all. It is a lovely little home with excellent privacy, appears to be brand new, and has a perfect outdoor seating area. The fenced in yard was also a huge plus with our dog. Also easy access to nearby mountain biking and dirt biking. We anticipate a return trip in the future!」

「Loved this property and the location in Cortez while there for a family reunion.Only suggestions we had were:1) add anti-slip to bathtub floor2) clocks needed in living room and bedrooms」

「This is a lovely setting for a rustic home. But there is nothing rustic about the interior details the hostess provided. No detail was left out and everything was labeled and thought of. She is definitely a 5 star hostess. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice.」

「Our stay couldn’t have been better.」

「Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. My daughter’s wedding went off without a hitch and no rain for the wedding. Your home was so conveniently located for us. We had a wonderful stay.」

「The roo.s need an update」

「It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.」

「Wonderful property and great location. Really well done and probably the most well-stocked house I’ve ever used. Virtually everything needed was there. Loved the deck, hot tub, location and the bidets were a nice unexpected bonus.」

「Wonderful space and perfect for our family vacation.」

「Very clean, easy, good parking, and backyard great for dogs.」
