「The place is nice but the working staff here are so kind and helpful I treated it like I was at my friend's place n the staff has gone out of there way to help I'm traveling alone and I wish I could thank them better but become friends with some of the working staff here now kuz there down to earth working class like me n it's makes a better exp to the kitchen staff n the Hosts helping guests your amazing people thank you for the great memories n exp 」

「What's there to say about a hotel started in 1972? If you're looking for modern amenities, you won't find it here. If you're looking for a time capsule of Swahili culture, you will find it here. Rooms have AC, a 3 pools were excellent, ocean view was excellent as well. Breakfast was authentically Swahili with really good mahamris. 」

「We arrived at the establishment around 930pm east check in but place in terrible condition, moldy, no AC in any room, fans are from 1900 only thing new is fridge. When we came back I was short of breath coz the moldy condition was so bad my larynx literally swole and I couldn’t speak at all. They didn’t have other rooms to switch us to so we had to leave thirty mins after arriving to a better sanitary place. I’m sorry but they need to be shut down and fix their insufficiencies. I understand one...

「This was a disaster and we had to call hotels.com to get out of there. We did not sleep 1 night as this hotel. AC was not working properly, we did initially not get towels and duvet was missing from the bed. Generally very shabby and this hotel should not have 3.5 stars.. more like 1 star. 」
