「The room is dirty for the price.」

「I loved this place. It was old, basic and very plain, but it was spotlessly clean with a great bed and a big fridge/freezer. It was also quiet, safe and the guy on the front desk was a peach! So helpful and friendly! I knew I hadn’t paid for luxury and honestly my expectations weren’t high, but I got real value for money. Oh, and the lady cleaning my room ran out into the parking lot to give me my phone charger which I had forgotten. She didn’t have to do that… but that’s Montana people for...

Besides the GROSS markup on price for the Missoula Marathon weekend, the room that we got was $45 at best and that’s being generous. Pictures may be doctored and no where near actual real time. No other options to move to another location because everything is sold out. 「Place was pretty dingy and old. A lot older than the pictures led me to believe. room was decently clean, but I didn't realize we would end up with a motel type room with an exterior entrance. Staff was nice. Very dated. Overall, underwhelmed.」

「The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

「This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again.」
