「Location and customer service」

「If you value a clean hotel and feeling safe, dont stay here. The room was dirty, the towels were also. The rooms have like no sound dampening so you hear dogs barking all the time, the elevator was super creepy. I wouldn't recommend this place in its current state, from the dark foreboding lobby to the vase backrooms feeling hallways this place would be worth the low nightly rate.」

「The hotel is probably the nicest in Texarkana. The bed was comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. Breakfast was good (and included) and the bar was decorated in a cute tiki theme. Friendly staff」
