"My husband and I stayed at Charlie’s Place during the Eldora weekend races in Ohio, and it was the perfect spot! The location was ideal—just a 25-minute drive to and from the track each night. The place was the perfect size for the two of us, with plenty of extra space if we had brought more people along. It had everything we needed—and even things we didn’t realize we might need if we had forgotten something. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Brenda was very responsive, upon booking, before arriving, during our stay and after checkout. I highly recommend!!"

"The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the thoughtful touches like the birthday bunt cakes, coffee and creamer to get us started and firewood for our first night. The view is absolutely stunning and peaceful!!This host (Bren) went above and beyond for real! I have stayed at Vrbos many many times and she was the most informative the most helpful and ready to make your experience the best it can possibly be of anywhere I have stayed. She is truly part of what makes the stay so personable. I cannot say enough good about this place even right down to seeing an eagle while sitting on the back deck!! If you are looking for a place filled with beauty and peace, while being fully stocked with everything you could possibly need this, is it."

"Stayed 2 nights for my sisters funeral. Plenty of room for my 3 kids, their spouses and my 2 grandchildren. Grandkids and others enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the gym allowed the 10 & 8 year old to wear off energy unused in the 1.5 hour here. The rooms were many and spacious. Nearly every amenity we needed. "
