「Everything was great!」

「Heck of a deal for a very nice hotel. Was not busy. Main issue was that the person checking us in could not find our reservation. Not by my name, reservation date, or reservation number. After about 15 mins she found it, not sure by which information. Glad I had the reservation receipt on my phone. Otherwise no issues. All went well」

「I waited for 15 minutes to check in as no one was at front desk and they did not acknowledge the “walkie talkie” left on counter to call them on. When she did show up, she was not friendly, not rude but just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Shower had mold all along the bottom.」

「I was very surprised to find this location. It certainly did not look like a lodge. The person who checked me in was extremely helpful, I can't say enough good things about her」

「Hotel was a newer building but not very clean. Garbage piled in the hallway was there for two days, no continental breakfast, and rooms not very clean.」

「Yes, the breakfast was fresh but on our last day there, there wasn't any breakfast on the steam table. The parking lot was clean, safe, and easy to park in. The door lock didn't unlock most of the time but they were getting ready to replace it and others. Our faucet on the sink had 2 metal washers that fell off so the whole faucet moved when you turned the water on and off. The few staff members working were very nice and helpful. 「Clean and comfortable 」

「Room was okay hallways not cleaned starwell had mud but to thier defense they did have a machine at entry to clean boots obviously not used」

「I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys. 」

「This little cabin was the perfect little get away. We love being located out in the country The location was great for both entrances to Theodore Roosevelt National Park . Super clean & comfy. Celebrating 50 years of marriage on this trip out West.」
