「No pool」

「Everything we expected. Room was updated, clean and mattress was comfortable. It was close to restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast was well stocked. I would recommend. 」

「Very friendly staff. And clean. The only complaint would be the breakfast it could use some work. The lady keeping up with it was wonderful but the food wasn’t very good! I do believe they put waffle batter in with the country gravy! And the bacon wasn’t cooked good even for hotel breakfast. 」

「Good overnight stay for the money. Large room in the king size room. Exterior doors seemed secure. Good bit of traffic noise could be heard in the front facing rooms. Room smelled musty, could benefit from an ozone generator.」

「EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave!...

「Bath towels discolored and stained, bed coverings had stains. Staff not at desk; note says to call the number for service but there is no number. Noise from interstate. Refrigerate, kitchette, and bath in general seemed clean. 」

「Clean, Updated room. Surprisingly quiet area. No issues at all with this hotel. Would stay here again without a doubt 」

「RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.」

「We loved the seclusion and privacy here. The communication by the host was great to help us find it. Just a couple little negatives otherwise it would’ve been 5/5! The musty odor was bad. We would have liked to know before we got there and read the guide book that they recommend bottled water because it’s 20 minutes to go buy water. And more than one washcloth for 2 people for 2 nights would have been great. The property was great and we loved visiting the entire area and enjoyed our stay here.」
