「All they is want the money that's it they don't care about the customer need ....from which state the people are comming nothing matters to them ....I have already book the hotel before travelling bt when I reached the hotel they say that we don't have any room available ....and infront of uss they have the room to other person in a high price 」

「This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. 「Great location with spacious cottages albeit a bit dated. Getting hot water was an issue in one of the rooms in our cottage. Spa was good, gym equipment was rather limited and swimming pool was closed. Good service by the house keeping team but less so in the restaurant. 」
