「Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent.
Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels.
I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. If Shri Banke Bihari allows me to visit Him again, I'd prefer to spend a night or two here at SG.

The best part is Mishri restaurant. Best food we had in Vrindavan. Overall had good experience. Location wise this hotel within 1.5 km from Prem Mandir, Iskon, and Braj Bhanke Bhihari temple. 」
「This is a brandnew hotel. Their hygiene seems to be priority no 1 . We were on a special dieet. So we needed to communicate this with the restaurant chef, and he listens very well to his customers. The result was excellent. The rest of the staff are also very great, and humble people. We felt like we r home. Keep it up. We will definitely visit again.」
