Outstanding hotel for a rural pilgrimage place like Vrindavan, rooms are fabulous, food superb. Excellent service by all the staff, especially restaurant staff Kartik, who looked after us daily for all our personal demands. Food quality was beyond comment, thanks to Chef Praveen. Of course, the food was Satvik, as we were all on yatra. The only problem we had was that our 17-seater minibus was always prevented in entering the inner Vrindavan township precinct but calls from the hotel management to the police officers allowed our bus to enter directly the hotel parking.

I really love the ambience , the cleanliness , There is an incredible staff member that works in the resturant named Saurabh that is so helpful. H really goes out of his way to help . I love the hotel and the surrounding area also. The manager Ricky and the tall lady manager with light eyes are wonderful

This is the best hotel in Vrindaban. We loved it so much that we extended. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome. The GM personally welcomed us and was so hospitable . It was really heart warming . The facilities are top notch. In other hotels they do not accommodate food preferences. I do not like spicy food and everyday the chef made me delicious non spicy meals. The golf cart is also such a plus . It helps to be able to roam Vrindaban . I loved the foot massages at the spa and full body massages . The pool is wonderful . The hotel is new and sublime.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made it special was the staff. Ricky, Suruchi and Ashish were super helpful, humble and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect - always available with a smile, quick to assist with any request, and making us feel truly at home. The service was prompt, the hospitality was heartfelt, and the overall experience was excellent. You can really feel that the team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.
