「Unacceptable behavior! Cancelled on us at the last minute. This was an absolute nightmare. Parker Beach Lodge cancelled our reservation on the very last day, claiming they could not accept us. Leaving guests stranded right before their trip is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and resolved the situation by finding us another place to stay. Avoid this place if you want a reliable booking.」

「I loved staying at Blue Water Resort! Right on the beach with easy access, helpful staff, easy parking and checking in/out. I do just wish housekeeping would have made beds between cleanings, and also there was a pasta sauce stain on the floor outside room 104 (down the hall from our room) that was there our entire stay. The floors to the rooms stay covered in sand, as housekeeping doesn’t vacuum each day. I would stay here again for the convenience to the pools and access to the beach, but do...

「Exceptional location - quick walk to the VH ferry. Bus stops right outside the motel as well. Staff went above and beyond and the room decor was so cute!! Will def stay here again. Only thing that would put it over the top would be to get the outside shower working.」

「Location is really great, right on beach which is clean and well maintained. Generally everything functions and rooms were spacious and clean. However we went in June and lots of the facilities were not open, so there was just one choice for breakfast etc. The staff at reception didn’t all seem to realise that some of the facilities were shut. Also when we got our room cleaned they took a bag of souvenirs we had purchased and I presume threw it in the bin. It was quite annoying having $100 worth...
