「Access to the beach is the best part of this motel. See photos. Takes about 90 seconds to get there. It is an average spot for people who intend to be out all day enjoying Yarmouth beaches, which are gorgeous! Plenty of ice machines for your cooler before you head to your spot on the sand. The motel was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced for a few days in August on the Cape. Nice people run it and are very helpful.」

「I stayed at the hotel with two kids. The room was recently renovated, very clean and welcoming:) Unfortunately we didn’t have patio or balcony, the website says that every room has furnished patio or balcony, that is not true. The Riviera Beach Resort building the one attached to The Deck restaurant does not have it. There is no iron and ironing board, I wish there was one. Great experience overall.」

「Seemed like we were put in a unit that doesn’t get much use, just overall looked run down with paint chipped on everything from the walls to the table and chairs; The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom door; There were marks from the bed all over the floor and some on the lamp. Tight space overall and limited bathroom space for women to do hair or make up. Overall, for the price of over $500 for one night, the room didn’t feel like it was up to par.
