「As people over 75 the steps were a little tricky」

「This is a great location with its proximity to the University of Notre Dame. A secluded, wooded, and quiet neighborhood park across the street also adds to the charm of the property. The sleeping arrangements worked great for our mini family reunion, and I already miss the memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. 」

We got in late and he answered my call at 10 pm when I couldn't figure out how the keypad worked. It fit our needs perfectly, and we will definitely stay again when we are in town!」

「Beautiful setting. Has all the amenities needed. The owner/manager was very responsive to all communications. A bonus was that the neighbors across the street that own the dock to the right, when looking out to the lake, were very friendly. We used Aloha boat rental. That was also a very positive experience. 」

「The house is really lovely! We enjoyed staying there so much and the owners were so accommodating and friendly! Staying there reminded me of staying at my grandma and grandpas farmhouse when i was a little girl. Its so special my kids could have a taste of those types of experience like climbing up those stairs, the secret nooks and catching lightning bugs in the evening. It was a perfect location for us too! We hope we can stay here again sometime!」

「We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our extended family vacation! The home was huge—giving everyone, from ages 70 to 10 days old, plenty of space to spread out and relax. The game room was a standout feature with puzzles, board games, air hockey, and shuffleboard providing hours of entertainment. 「Very nice! We enjoyed this well decorated and extremely clean home. The kitchen was very well appointed, everything we needed was available. The bathroom was modern and the shower was huge! The bedrooms were very comfortable and the ceiling fans appreciated. We will plan on staying at the Stone Lake Getaway in the future. We stayed at this rental from Thursday to Monday. Using the paddle boards was very fun and we were happy that the weather permitted.」

「We had a great time! Very quiet and relaxing. The host was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The property was well maintained and the house was by far one of the cleanest we have stayed in. They had everything we needed to make meals and even had extra travel items in case you forgot to pack something. We had four kids ages 9-13 and they all enjoyed the boat, fishing, and playing games. Beautiful view of the lake- would definitely go back!」
