「Friendly staff」

「The receptionist when checking in was supper nice and informative. Breakfast was good. The Lobby was neat. The room was clean and spacious, the ac was perfect」

「The staff I interacted with were friendly. No digs at them. Rooms small. Bathrooms small. Toilets smaller than any I've ever seen. Felt like I was sitting 6 inches above the floor. Shower leaked, and no soap in the dispenser. Breakfast wasn't impressive. Hot items were empty or cold. Cover sheets on bed were stained. HVAC remote control didn't seem to actually work.」

「Pet friendly room that was clean. They are definitely doing a great job with the remodel as there were a lot of new features such as the bed a fixtures but still have a bit to go.」

「Wonderful place to stay!!! Enjoyed all things about it! Everything exceptional clean and meticulously decorated. Felt right at home and hope to stay there again when we are in the area. Hosts are wonderful and helpful people!」

「Another great stay in Karlstad. The house is clean and has all the amenities listed. We loved playing in the driveway with all the sports equipment and toys. The host was very responsive and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We'll be back.」
