「Amazing location」

「Excellent location next to a wonderful place to eat. Facility was clean, nice pool, sauna, & hot tub. Easy check in. Room was well set up & very clean.」

「I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t working and we were not told at check in !! We were hiking all day at Itasca Park and we looking forward to the hot tub. We would have went somewhere else.」

「clean, efficient pleasant stay. wish they had a breakfast」

「We choose this hotel because it was pet friendly. I would stay here again if I had my dog with and needed a place to stay in Thief River Falls.」

「Good beds」

「Clean, spacious room. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but the lavender eucalyptus scented toiletries were a dream」

「They were very prompt and helpful. When needed? Very pleasant. And knowledgeable during registering for the room. Thankful for their helpfulness and pleasant demeanor during our interactions. I will definitely stay there again.」

「While the beds seemed clean, there were stains all over the carpet, chairs, and walls. There was also an overwhelming wet dog smell in the room. It was pretty uncomfortable to stay in the room because of these things.」

「The tub surround of the shower area was moldy as well as the grout in between the tile. Some bleach and a scrub brush could be very helpful. The corners of the room had plenty of settled dust, dead bugs and hair – telling me that the room certainly wasn't deep cleaned in between guests.」
