「The hotel was great. The only weird thing is I was one of 2 guests, I couldn't tell that it was open. But it was newly renovated and everything was clean 」

「Very nice staff but you can start to see the wear and tear. The hostas out front do not look good, my luggage cart needed lubrication badly, the carpeting in the hall was stained. The breakfast was excellent.」

「Every one was friendly and courteous, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean, AND, they made sure I got to the airport when I didn't have transportation. I loved visiting Thief River, and Quality Inn was a wonderful place to land in the evenings.」

「Stayed at Shooting Star Casino on September 6 and had a great experience. I use a wheelchair and the accessible room worked perfectly. Staff were wonderful — they moved my mom’s room next door to mine and even provided her a wheelchair so she didn’t have to walk far. We also enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant. Excellent service and very accommodating! They. Could use more handicap parking. 」

「Great and friendly」

「We had two rooms for one night 10-08-2025. Very happy they were able to accommodate my 84 yr old mom with a handicap room. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. Would stay there again!」
